burn the heretics

sugar coating

But no matter how much we learn or say, teachers are not the Bible. We all see “through a glass, darkly” (1 Corinthians 13:12, kjv). “Let not many of you become teachers,” James warns, “…For we all stumble in many ways” (James 3:1–2). It is sad but true that many ordinary Christians can say with the psalmist, “I have more insight than all my teachers, for Your testimonies are my meditation” (Psalm 119:99). It is the testimony of the Lord, not the teaching of man, that makes “wise the simple” (Psalm 19:7). Lots of teachers speak little Bible, but their words are like grass. “The grass withers, and the flower falls off, but the word of the Lord abides forever” (1 Peter 1:24–25).

Take with a grain of salt whatever you hear or read from religious talking heads, never believe statistics, people that want to be leaders are often sociopaths, and your insane if you pay more than a dollar for coffee.

Seriously, anything you read or listen to should be bible based, but it can also be twisted, distorted, used for gain. I often hear the Osteens and Hinn wackodos and other talking bozos saying the “bible says” and they never give chapter and verse or more than likely they do and its either out of context or they actually “interpret” it themselves. You have a brain, use it, study it yourself, and don’t let anyone tell you that you are not smart enough or spiritual enough to understand.

If your pastor’s salary is above the average of the congregation he’s a crook. If his most common reply to you questioning something he’s said or done is with; “I’m just trying to be obedient to God”, it’s a cult.

God blesses us with intelligence and we can ask him for wisdom and understanding. It is a fine balance to be allowed to be pastored versus led by the nose. One is a blessing the other stinks.

Wow, don’t know what set me off, bad pastors, charlatans, people who claim to be apostles, prophets, they are phony posers. I was going to make a list of all the people on radio and television with bad theology and bad books, but when I hit over 100 people I got to upset to write them all down.

Go to CCel.org that’s Christian classic ethereal library, you won’t find one thing wrong with any book there.  As I’ve said before I won’t read any book by any living author, the dead ones have passed the test of time and criticism and outlived all the fad and popularity contests.

Remember I don’t do tolerant, kindness or like children, I do like dogs. And I don’t have approval ratings
